Autumn weather is returning, Fulton Sheen is finally Beatified, and so it’s a pretty good week this week.
I am hoping to finish off Assassin’s Creed: Revelations this weekend. I just want to buy some books in-game, and see how that goes, but darn are some of those books expensive.

Me original plan was to speak to ye ‘bout AI, and related things, perhaps tying in Person of Interest. But in the voyage of preparing for that Saturday Note, I sailed into a rabbit hole that was, uh… it not be a route I advise anyone sailing. And I grew weary of hearing any talk of AI, as I imagine you might be these days, too.
So, today being International Talk Like a Pirate Day, I thought I’d theme me Note over something related to gentlemen of fortune. I pondered writing the entire thing in Pirate Talk, but I reasoned it would be a pain to do and I’d rather be keelhauled than just say what I wanted to.

I had one day this week when I was running on very little sleep, but I can happily say that the nights since have been better. Unsure if I’m behind on my Book Diary–I’m on the fence if I should review one book, because I don’t know if I have anything to say about it.
Reading Argylle by “Elly Conway”. Need a new Netflix show, in the meantime I’m trying out David Letterman’s interview show. Almost done (I hope) with Assassin’s Creed: Revelations.

Week’s been slow, but we have a long weekend and I got out of work early on Friday! Hooray!
Presently reading The Demigod Files, the first book of short stories set in the world of Percy Jackson, and still playing Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. Not thrilled with how much of my time in the game is spent managing my recruits in foreign cities rather than actually playing the game, which is an issue I had the first time I played it, too.
